FRESH MEADOWS FOOD MART: Your Convenient Local Grocery Destination

Finally got to visit this place. My friends have been telling me only good things about this place so I was wondering how good it is and I gotta say that I am not disappointed. The prices are affordable, the aisles are organized, there are great variety of fruits and vegetables! The staffs are amazing too! So friendly and very helpful and kind. As someone who loved the previous store, I gotta say that I like this one better. 10/10!

This place has been AMAZINGLY CONVINENTLY changed from what it was before these new owners took over making it into an actual working local market to come to when you need anything especially forgotten items or last min cravings the deli is very clean full of whatever you fresh smoothies coldcuts or sandwhiches and salads you want they also keep the rest of the store neatly and cleaned daily never seen different i live across the street they stay open till 10pm which all other food marts in the area close by 8pm now lets talk about the fantastic hard working friendly STAFF at this place! I can go in there any day of the week they never close on holidays at any time during their hours of opperation and they ALWAYS smile happy to help me with anything I need the owners are super humble great guys I pick going here over any other place its worth it to me!

This place is similar to the last owner with various Indian spices and items. I bought a chicken ceaser wrap which I felt was tiny. Not much chicken in it. For $10.99 I would have liked a bit bigger it doesn’t come with anything on the side just the wrap by itself. Items are a bit pricey but they are organic and you can’t find in other places so I understand this.

Everyone is professional, the place is always packed with the right stuff and the prices very fair. Raj always makes sure the customer finds what they need. Thank you guys, Amir

Store looks good with Indian spices. As I had promised in my old one star review I will change it to five star if the store starts giving receipts. Yesterday I went to shop and did get the receipt. I would suggest the store owner to add more Indian lentils like tuval dal yellow red as it's a staple regular food item.

I used to go there a lot with my father many years ago when they had different ownership. At that time it was great for finding things you would normally find in a health food store. I loved the place! Now it's not the same, I can't find things I know I'd find in a health food store, hands down. The produce is very good, but health food store items are limited. It's not the same experience I had years ago under the old ownership.

Little plaza you can sit outside east Chinese food or deli sandwich while you wait for your laundry! It's perfect!

I have been coming here for years, and now they are under new management. They are friendly, have a great variety of items, and are open late! Also, I recently dropped cash in their store and when I came home and realized it was missing, I went back there and they promptly returned it to me, and wouldnt even accept money as a small thank you. I appreciated their honesty and humanity and will continue to frequent this place.
